Properties with Mortgages or Liens (Contingent on Value)
Timeshares (accepted on a limited basis)

Receive a Charitable Tax Deduction of Appraised Value (deduction can be spread over 5 years)

How Does It Work?
Call 248-820-5007 or email realestate@mijaycees.org and answer some questions regarding the real estate wishing to be donated. The answers to these questions will determine the next course(s) of action.
